Registration Policy
Thank you for choosing to stay with us at Shrikanchan Hotels & Resort. Below are the hotel policies and procedures; please read them carefully. As our hotel guests, by reading and signing your hotel registration card at check-in or by booking a reservation on our website, you are agreeing to abide by our hotel policies and procedures.
Check-In Policy
Check-in time is any time after 3:00 PM (if available, but not guaranteed). If you arrive earlier, we will be pleased to store your luggage until your room is ready. Guests will be required to present a valid government-issued id-proof upon check-in. Shrikanchan Hotels & Resorts will make every effort to honour special requests (such as a specific floor or room number, adjoining rooms, or roll-away beds) upon your arrival.
However, the availability of these items cannot be guaranteed in advance. The hotel reserves all rights to refuse service to any guests of the hotel who do not follow or comply with hotel policies.
Rate Quote at Check-In
At check-in, the front desk will verify your check-out date and length of stay. Rates quoted are based upon check-in rate and length of stay. Should you choose to depart early, the price is subject to change. Totals listed are estimated based on current taxes and exchange rates (if applicable) and do not include additional fees/charges that may be incurred during your stay.
Check-Out Policy
Check-out is at 11:00 AM. If you require a later check-out, please contact us before 10:00 AM on the day of departure, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. A charge may apply, depending on availability.
Cash Payment Policy
If you choose to pay with cash, you will be required to pay the full amount of the room, including taxes and fees upfront. A Rs.xxxx/- security deposit per night is required and will be returned to you on your departure date once verification of room condition has been made.
Debit Card Policy
If you choose to use your debit card at check-in, Shrikanchan Hotels & Resort will place a hold on the full anticipated amount of your stay through your departure date, as well as an Rs.xxxx/- security deposit. The remaining funds due back to your debited account will be released upon check-out, which may take 4-15 business days to process. Additionally, your financial institution may have a contracted amount of time before the funds are released back to you, which can take up to 15 business days. (NO CASH REFUNDS)
Credit Card Policy
Shrikanchan Hotels and Resorts accepts VISA and MASTERCARD. A hold may be placed on your card account (from your card issuer) for the full anticipated amount to be paid/owed to the hotel. The amount includes estimated incidentals and fees through your date of check-out. This hold may not be released for 72 hours from the date of check-out; or longer at the discretion of your card issuer.
GUARANTEE POLICY
Generally, we cannot guarantee any room number or location, although we make every effort to grant special requests.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Cancellation of reservations for which payment was guaranteed or for which a deposit has been sent must reach the Shrikanchan Hotels & Resorts on the cancellation date indicated to avoid your credit card being charged or the forfeiture of your deposit.
1. Free Cancellation If you Cancel 10 days or more before the Check-In Date
2. 50% of the booking amount will be charged if you cancel 9 days to 4 days before Check-In Date.
3. 100% of the booking amount will be charged if you cancel 3 days to 1 day before the Check-In Date.
4. 100% of the booking amount will be charged for the No Show.
We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in a fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.
If cancellation is made 24 hours before the check-in date, a Full Refund will be credited excluding any transaction fees. And Cancellation made on the date of check-in then the one-day cost would be deducted + taxes applicable.
Pet Policy
We are a pet-friendly Resort. We offer pet-friendly rooms, so please call and notify us if you are traveling with a pet. There is a Rs.800/- non-refundable pet fee per night.
Children Policy
For Deluxe Rooms and Luxurious Tents:
Age-group of 2 to 5, the cost will be Rs. 500/- per head per night with breakfast included and the age of 6 to 18, the cost will be Rs. 1000/- per head per night with breakfast included.
For Dormitory:
Below the age of 12, the cost will be Rs. 600/- per head per night with breakfast included and above the age of 12, the charges will be Rs. 800/- per head per night with breakfast included.
TAXES
Taxes are as per Govt. policy per room per night.
CHARGES
Optional services for an additional charge Parking: no charge – self-parking, Wifi will be available as soon as possible.
