These tents and Villa Rooms overlook the beautiful and breath-taking view of the mountains. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

  • Cancellation of reservations for which payment was guaranteed or for which a deposit has been sent must reach the Shrikanchan Hotels & Resorts on the cancellation date indicated to avoid your credit card being charged or the forfeiture of your deposit.
  • Free Cancellation If you Cancel 15 days or more before the Check-In Date
  • 50% of the booking amount will be charged if you cancel 9 days to 4 days before Check-In Date.
  • 100% of the booking amount will be charged if you cancel 3 days to 1 day before the Check-In Date.
  • 100% of the booking amount will be charged for the No Show.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.

HOUSE RULES

Follow these rules to be a considerate guest and avoid any issues during your stay.
  • Check-in time: 2pm and check-out time: 11am
  • Outside food is not allowed in the villa.
  • Guests are not allowed to access the kitchen.
  • Guests can invite other guests and day visitors during their stay but separate charges will be implemented if additional guests want to stay.
  • Bachelors are allowed on the property.
  • Group gatherings and parties are allowed on the property.
  • Loud music is not permitted after 10 pm on the property.
  • Illegal activities are prohibited on the property, management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities.
  • Smoking within the villas/rooms is prohibited.
  • Guests are requested to take care of personal belongings. Management is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to any personal items.
  • As requested by law, every guest above 18 years of age must carry a government-approved photo identification. We accept only Aadhar cards, Driving Licenses, and passports.
  • All Payments for booking the villa will have to be pre-paid prior to check-in.
  • Pets are allowed on the property but a security deposit of Rs. 2000 should be paid.
